T&D Book Sharing/ Tiny Library is located on the site of St. John Elementary School.
St. John Elementary was an Original Rosenwald School.
Rosenwald Schools were the first modern schools,used to provide an education to African American students in the Rural South.

St. John Elementary was destroyed by fire. We are accepting donations, For the rebuilding of a replica.
Building materials are needed, such as lumber and nails etc.
You can help us by sharing this post.
We are currently seeking Volunteers, Philanthropists , Celebrities, Athletes, Political Officials and Community Leaders who are from the south. The schools were named by the community.
Who has family members who have received an education from one of the 5000 schools that was built through out South.
Rosenwald Schools is what they were called because the schools were funded by the community and Philanthropist Julius Rosenwald)
