This is a fundraiser for End World Hunger Foundation. We are a Sonoma-based organization that supports non-profits around the world making an impact to address hunger and malnutrition.

This Event is Free of Charge

Donations are encouraged and will go toward the preservation of native seeds in Guatemala. Consider joining us to visit our partners there in February 2023. More information on this tour will be provided before the showing of the movie.

Their 10th Anniversary was a wonderful event for so many people. We enjoyed singing, dancing, poetry, amazing food, and beautiful people. Here's to another 10 years for GHI!

Abahizi Rwanda is social enterprise organization located on a hillside outside of Kigali where they employ village women to make Kate Spade and Coach handbags. On Monday we had an amazing tour of this facility, with Darius Habamenshi, Managing Director. Their handbags are handmade and sold under the Kate Spade On Purpose program. One of their employees Karamutsa Darlene Lauren is flying to Texas on Wednesday to speak at the SXSW Conference on March 9 as one of three speakers honored as The Heroines of the Social Enterprise. The reason for our visit was to learn about how Gardens for Health International (GHI) have led programs at this facility to educate employees on nutritional health and growing healthy food for their families. Just another example of the extended work that GHI does in Rwanda to address malnutrition.
