Is your home ready for Summer? Whether you stay at home or take a lengthily vacation, your home deserves some preparation. A deep cleaning especially the windows because they will be open more to let in fresh air and to look out. A nice smudge to cleanse any negativity. Rosemary by the front door to welcome your guests and to symbolize love and protection for the home. Bring birds to your backyard with fresh water and birdseed. This is a time of light, warmth, and natural abundance

Remember heat safety!
Stay cool - Stay in the shade, use cooling aids such as a fan or air conditioner.
Stay hydrated - Drink water regularly throughout the day. Symptoms of heat illness include heavy sweating, feeling very tired and weak, feeling dizzy, lightheaded or sick to your stomach.
Check on friends and family particularly children under age 5 and adults over age 65.
Check on pets and livestock.
