Farmers Market season has officially started! Remember, you can now shop at the farmers market on Saturdays using your WIC benefits. Be sure you have the updated WIC card with the QR code on the front and look for signs from WIC approved vendors. 🍉🥕🌿🍇🍎🍏🍑🍍🥒🍈

WIC now offers a new choice for your baby's fruit and vegetable
benefits at WIC.

Is your baby six months old and ready for solid foods? You can
swap all or half of your baby’s jarred fruits and vegetables for fresh,
canned, or frozen fruits and vegetables. Choose the options that
work best for your family.

At your next appointment, talk to your WIC counselor about your
