Tomorrow evening will mark the final School Board Meeting with our full team of nine members. It’s a moment filled with gratitude, reflection, and deep appreciation.

After tomorrow, we will say thank you and a very heartfelt farewell to Bill Brong, Janet Flisak, Stephen Nelson, and Andy Landis. Together, they have devoted more than 44 years of service to our community—years filled with steady leadership, compassion, and a genuine commitment to our students.

Their tireless work has helped shape not only the future of our Souderton Area schools but the lives of countless children who will carry those impacts with them for years to come. Our district is stronger, kinder, and more vibrant because of their dedication.

We are truly grateful for all they have given to the Souderton Area School District, and we wish them nothing but the very best in the next chapter of their journeys.

Souderton’s Student Advocacy Club (RUOK) is doing wonderful work for the kids of Souderton. They are collaborating with St. Luke’s Penn Foundation for a podcast to normalize conversations about mental health.

Congratulations Souderton Area High School!

Souderton Area High School was once again certified as a Unified Champion School by Special Olympics US! First certified in 2017, Souderton Unified provides opportunities for students with intellectual disabilities AND students without disabilities to come together to complete is PIAA sanctioned sports (Bocce and Track & Field). Unified programming also includes leadership and social activities that allow students to grow in a variety of social and leadership areas!
