📣 Calling 504 & Special Education Parents and Students!

Join us for Hardin-Jefferson ISD’s Transition Fair, an evening focused on future planning and life after high school for students served through Section 504 or Special Education.

👉 This event is appropriate for families of students at ALL grade levels, including elementary and junior high. Many adult agencies and support services have waitlists that begin years in advance, and early planning can make a meaningful difference.

This event will help families learn about:
✔ Postsecondary education options
✔ Career training and employment supports
✔ Adult services and community resources
✔ Workforce and military pathways
✔ Building independence and self-advocacy skills

Families will be able to visit informational tables, speak directly with community providers, and begin important conversations about planning for adulthood.
