🎆 Happy 4th of July! This past week our staff and volunteers gave away bags of food to the community, making sure everyone had the groceries they needed for their families. Afterwards, with the help of Catholic Charities, we fought through rainy weather to deliver 50 more bags of food to the people who needed it.

All people deserve to have enough food for their families, especially the people that plant, grow, and harvest that food. If you want to help us give back to our farmworkers of Immokalee, reach out to our office at 239-658-5223.

👦Calling all youth in Immokalee! Join us for a meeting on Sunday June 28th at 5pm to build YOUTH POWER! We are happy to invite guest speaker to discuss with us mental health along with the topics of youth and immigration.

💐For Mother's Day, we took care of the mothers in our community! We gave them the gifts of Red Cross trainings, hurricane preparation, food, and presents just for them. There is nothing more important than our mothers, so we must make sure they're safe and happy, especially as natural disasters are on the rise.

Este fin de semana celebramos nuestra primera Feria de Salud para Mujeres, reuniendo a un increíble grupo de vendedores, colaboradores y miembros de la comunidad para promover la salud, el bienestar y el empoderamiento! 🎉

Desde recursos y chequeos hasta conversaciones importantes, este evento fue un hermoso recordatorio de lo que podemos lograr juntos.

Luego de un desastre natural, tal como los es un Huracán muchas persones quieren volver reparar sus viviendas lo más antes posible. O ayudar con donaciones. Sin embargo, hay que estar muy alerta en contra de estafadores que se aprovechan de esta situación para desalojar a muchos de su dinero. Por favor compartan estos volantes para educar y proteger a miembros de la comunidad en contra de estafadores.

After a natural disaster, such as a Hurricane, many people want to get their homes repaired as soon as possible. Or help with donations. However, we must be very alert against scammers who take advantage of this situation. Please share these flyers to educate and protect community members against scammers.
