Welcome Erin Riggs our new Library Director!

She is coming to us from Utah Valley University and was the Director of their specialized natural history museum, the UVU Herbarium, and biology reference library.

At UVU she also conducted botanical field research in Bears Ears National Monument, working with Hopi colleagues. In the Art department she taught upper division tapestry/tapestry history.

She is looking forward to her time here at OCCC as most of her student and academic career was spent at community colleges. In her spare time she likes to backpack, hike, and play fiddle.
