Tomorrow is the day! Join Right to Life for the United for Life: Prayer Walk & Picnic starting at 11am at the Lerner. The event starts with a program of prayer, testimony, and song, featuring a special performance by gospel artist, Robert Michael Havard. Together, we will then walk a 0.5-mile route through downtown Elkhart, praying for the families ministered to by local pregnancy resource centers. The walk concludes in Central Green Park where we’ll have a free hot dog picnic for you. Come on out and pray over Elkhart with us!

Please join us at 11 am at The Learner for prayer, a musical performance by Robert Michael Havard, and a special testimony offered by Janice Purnell before we take off on a short prayer walk. We'll end at Central Green before we take off on a short prayer walk. We'll end at Central Green with a free hot dog picnic.

We’re honored to have acclaimed local gospel singer, Robert Michael Havard, perform at our United for Life: Prayer Walk & Picnic on Saturday, June 27, 11 am – 1:30 pm. The event is free and welcomes families. It will begin with a program of prayer and song in the historic Lerner, followed by a walk, praying through downtown Elkhart for all those ministered to by its amazing pregnancy resource centers. Finally, the event will conclude with a free hot dog picnic in Central Green Park—right across from the Lerner. We hope to see you there!

Come pray over Elkhart with us! The United for Life: Prayer Walk & Picnic commemorates the overturning of Roe v. Wade on June 24, 2022, with the Dobbs v. Jackson Supreme Court decision. Dobbs led to many states, including Indiana, passing laws that provide more protection to the most vulnerable children in the womb. We celebrate the lives that have been saved and pray for a future when all life is protected. Join us as we intercede for the underserved moms, fathers, and babies of Elkhart who are ministered to by its inspiring pregnancy resource centers. United for Life is a free, family-friendly event featuring prayer, song, and a free hot dog picnic to conclude. See you there!

Today, over 9,000 flowers will be shared during church services across Michiana to honor mothers and motherhood. A heartfelt thank you to all our dedicated liaisons who helped prepare and share carnations to 29 participating area churches in this year’s Mother’s Day Flower Drive. To moms across our region, from our hearts to yours, thank you for giving and nurturing life!

From the heart, we thank everyone who came out and made this year’s Life is Precious Banquet in Elkhart a night to remember. Our keynote speakers, Michele Smith and Rose Fenchel revealed in the last portion of their testimony that not only are they both survivors of chemical abortions, but they are also sisters. Rose and Michele shared their story of overcoming this secret shame and reconciling with their mother, who thanks God every day for her “miracle angels.” As Michele said that night: “We are living proof that even in the middle of fear, financial struggle, and brokenness, choosing life is not only possible—it is always worth it.”

Last month, our HerMichiana program celebrated a beautiful “Mom to Bee” with a baby shower at Liberty Drive Church. We are so grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside strong women as they prepare to welcome new life into the world.

HerMichiana was created to connect women with care and show that life is supported here in Michiana. Thank you for making this meaningful work possible!
