Kids came in at all different levels.
Some had never coded before, some had only done Scratch, and some were already learning Python through Carnegie Mellon 🤯.

Everyone still walked away with something new.

Our middle schoolers didn’t just learn to code. They built fully playable video games in Python, debugged their own work, and helped each other get there. 🎮

If you're a CS student or tech professional looking for a meaningful way to apply your skills this fall, we're hiring tech mentors for our Fall AI & Coding After-School Program. You'll work with students in grades 2–12 across 6 weekly sessions starting Sept. 28, helping them build real projects in coding, AI, and digital problem-solving.

No formal teaching experience required. Just a passion for technology and the desire to be the kind of mentor you wish you'd had 🧡.

Turns out our XP vocabulary cards were a camp favorite.
One parent shared that their daughter spent the next morning organizing every card, showing off the definitions, and proudly explaining how the XP system worked.
We designed the cards to make computer science vocabulary more approachable and fun.
Seeing students bring that excitement home is one of the best compliments we could receive.

Six weeks. Real projects. Kids walk out having built projects that actually shows off their skills 🧡.

Grades 2-5 meet Mondays, grades 6-12 meet Wednesdays, starting September 28th. Scratch track for our younger coders, web development + Python for the older ones. No experience needed. All materials provided.
