Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone for one of our own!

Dispatcher Jaime Souvenir was hired on 05/19/2008, and for the past 18 years she has been a dedicated and valued part of PACCOM. Throughout her career, Jaime has worn many hats and held many important roles including Training Coordinator, TAC, LEAD, Ongoing Training, and even our unofficial-but-very-important Chief Happiness Officer.

Her knowledge, leadership, positivity, and commitment to both her coworkers and the community have made a lasting impact on PACCOM over the years. Thank you, Jaime, for your continued dedication, hard work, and the support you provide to everyone around you.

Congratulations on 18 years of service, Jaime! We are grateful to have you as part of the PACCOM family. 🎉
