YWCA North Central Indiana is looking for On-Call Crisis Support Staff to join our team in South Bend and Elkhart!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work while making a meaningful difference for individuals and families in our community.

What does on-call mean?
🧡 Choose one weekend each month to be on call
🧡 Be available to work at both South Bend and Elkhart
🧡 Help cover call-offs, vacations, and other staffing needs
🧡 Coverage may be needed for any of our three shifts: 6 a.m.–2 p.m., 2–10 p.m., or 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
🧡 Attend a monthly meeting on the third Wednesday evening

A recent advertisement sparked an important conversation about violence against women. For us, and for thousands of families, it hits too close to home.
