Each ticket sold goes to helping the South Bend Fire Department put on the Labor Day Firework show. While you’re out at the Fair swing on in to Lola's Cupcakery and get your duck tickets and a sweet treat.

The South Bend Fire Department along with other departments from Grays Harbor County are currently assisting the Yakima county Fire Districts in extinguishing this Wildfire. South Bend Fire Department sent one Brush truck and 4 Fire personnel to assist.

WILDFIRE UPDATE - YAKIMA COUNTY:
The “Slide Ranch Fire” burning near White Swan in Yakima County was last estimated at approximately 3,200 acres. It was still reported active, wind driven and spreading. The fire went state mobilization with a significant number of resources including multiple aircraft assigned. Fire department sources report between 13 to 17 structures lost at this time - most being residential structures.
