Fine Arts Friday!

10/15/2026

At Nuner Fine Arts Academy, our teachers facilitate meaningful discussions about art with their classes all year long using Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS)!

Today, Mrs. Prezbindowski's students were so excited to dive into this artwork. They shared what they thought was going on in the image and pointed out specific details and evidence from the picture to back up their reasoning. We love seeing our young artists think critically and express their ideas! Intellectual growth in action!

For the first time since the Arts Education for All Act was introduced in 2021, the legislation now has a Senate companion bill!

As part of the Arts Education Alliance, NDEO is proud to support this legislation. By recognizing the arts as essential, this bill would help address critical gaps.

Please join us in showing support! Contact your members of Congress and encourage them to co-sponsor the Arts Education for All Act.

Visit https://nafmeorg.quorum.us/campaign/Arts-Ed-for-All/ to learn more and send a message to your representatives using the National Arts Education Alliance's email template.
