It comes from people who understand what you're going through.
That's the idea behind PATH (Positive Action Towards Health) for Seniors, a FREE workshop coming to Portage Commons. In a welcoming, supportive environment, you'll learn practical ways to manage your health, set achievable goals, solve everyday challenges, and connect with others who are on a similar journey.
We're looking for 20 participants age 60+ to join us for this six-week program.
