We have spent weeks prepping for our second annual Paddle of the Pack cardboard boat race. The boats are built and the teams have practiced. Come out to stone lake beach in Cassopolis from 9 am - 1 pm to find out if the boats we have built can survive the ultimate test 🛶 #5484

For over a decade, FRC Team 5484 The Wolf Pack has lived by one mission: Change lives. Build robots.
But to us, robots are just the beginning.

As a Title I high school team, we know what it means to rise to a challenge. Our mentors dedicate themselves not just to teaching technical skills but to transforming students into critical thinkers, problem-solvers, and leaders. Our team members learn to design, build, and troubleshoot complex systems — and just as importantly, to collaborate, communicate, and persevere.

The robots we build are the result of something greater: the growth, confidence, and ambition sparked in each student. We’re not just preparing for competitions — we’re preparing for futures in engineering, technology, college, and beyond.

And we don’t stop at our team. Wolf Pack is committed to making STEM accessible for everyone. Through community outreach, demos, and hands-on activities, we show kids across South Bend that they belong in STEM — that they can build, lead, and dream big.

Our robots may last a season. The impact lasts a lifetime.

Indiana FIRST fam, it’s time to hit the dance floor 🤖🎶

As many of you know, our team has been obsessed with the Footloose line dance this year—and now we want EVERYONE to join in at the State Competition!

We put together a quick tutorial so teams across Indiana can learn our version and dance along with us. Our dream? To make this a staple at FIRST Indiana events—but we need your help to make it happen.

And yes… feel free to watch the back right 😄 Our head coach is giving it his all (maybe don’t follow his moves too closely), while our assistant coach on the left is absolutely crushing it.

Words cannot describe how proud and thankful we are to receive the Impact Award. We have worked to show what FIRST’s culture is all about. Not just that, but also impacting teams across FIN robotics.
