Chester County officials and the Chester County Department of Emergency Services announce the operation of a Multi-Agency Resource Center for all residents affected by Hurricane Ida. People who work outdoors; Stay hydrated. Drink between 2 to 4 cups of water every hour while working. Drink more than you "think" you need to. Save outdoor exercising for early morning or evening hours.
