BIG news for our next prepared meal distribution on Thursday September 10th

In addition to distributing meals in EASTHAM we will also be in FALMOUTH.

Here are the details --- please share with anyone on Cape Cod who could use a meal. Anyone can sign up.

Our meals are already cooked, prepared from scratch - just need to take them home & heat up.

We will be distributing our healthy, prepared meals on Thursday September 10th.

TIME: 4:30 - 5:30 PM this is a drive thru format

Exciting News from Broad Reach Healthcare!

We're proud to announce a new partnership with Cape Cod Healthcare and JML Care Center, further strengthening our shared commitment to exceptional post-acute care for the upper Cape community and beyond. Effective September 1, 2026, Broad Reach Healthcare will assume operational management of JML Care Center, a state-of-the-art 132-bed skilled nursing, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation facility located on the campus of Falmouth Hospital.
