The Union City Police Department is investigating a brutal aggravated assault that occurred in the area of East College Court Apartment Complex on September 1, 2026. Xavien Eisom attacked his ex-girlfriend as she was walking to her vehicle. Victim is thrown to the ground, beat in the head with fists which escalates to hitting her multiple times with an aluminum baseball bat. This attack lasted two and a half minutes. Xavien Eisom is wanted by the Union City Police Department for charges of aggravated assault, theft 2x, evading arrest 2x, driving without a license, and resisting arrest.
Troy Police Department for domestic assault and evading arrest.
South Fulton Police Department for driving without a license and evading arrest. The Union City Police Department and Obion County Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's assistance in the apprehension of Xavien Eisom. He is considered a danger to the public and to be considered armed and dangerous. Updated July 9, 2026: Derek Shea Harris is currently in custody on charges of attempted murder. Mr. Harris voluntarily surrendered himself at the South Fulton Police Department.

The South Fulton Police Department requests assistance in locating Mr. Harris. He was involved in a shooting incident on the evening of July 7, 2026, at a motel on West State Line. Individuals are advised that he should be considered armed and dangerous.
