🚧 Road Milling Notice – Village of South Glens Falls 🚧
The Village of South Glens Falls would like to notify residents that road milling operations are scheduled for 8/10 and 8/11 on designated village streets as part of our ongoing roadway improvement program.
• Spring Street, from Fifth Street to Second Street
• Second Street, from Hudson Street to Chestnut Street
• Third Street, from Hudson Street to Spring Street
• Maple Avenue
• Riverview Street, from Third Street to Second Street
• Second Street, from Main Street to Riverview Street
• Third Street, from Main Street to Riverview Street
• Fairview Street, from Second Street to Midtown Plaza
During milling operations, residents may experience temporary traffic delays, lane restrictions, increased noise, and the presence of construction equipment. We ask motorists to use caution, follow all posted signs, and allow extra travel time when moving through work zones.
Please avoid parking on streets scheduled for milling during work hours (5:00 am to 5:00 pm) to help crews complete the work safely and efficiently.
