Our team attended the The Women's Fund of Essex County Impact Breakfast on Tuesday and were so inspired by the stories of nonprofits serving women and children in profound ways. We are grateful to be in year 2 of funding for our mobile marts. Congratulations to all of the grant recipients this year! (plus, we had some fun with out table-mates Three Sisters :) )

As we close out Hunger Action Month, we want to extend the biggest thank you to these amazing businesses who offered give-back deals throughout September. Times are tough for small businesses, but they still stepped forward to support our neighbors experiencing food insecurity. And thank you to those of you who made the extra effort to visit these businesses on their day(s) supporting Acord!

Please continue to shop and eat local, supporting these businesses and the good people who run them 🧡

Fun visit to the Essex Council on Aging today for their health fair!

We loved getting to see our peers from the Open Door, Three Sisters, and many other terrific organizations.

Acord serves Essex, as well as Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester, Topsfield and Wenham, at our pantry in Hamilton. We also visit Essex with a mobile mart every 1st Friday of the month.
