Congratulations to Josh Moulton🎉🎊 you’re going to do great at HFD. Stay safe!

Please join us in welcoming our newest employee, Firefighter/EMT Joshua Moulton, to Hampton Fire!

Joshua officially started on Group 1 yesterday, May 18th, 2026, and will spend the next year learning what it takes to be a top-notch Firefighter/EMT serving the Hampton community.

Joshua grew up right here in Hampton and attended local schools, giving him a great head start when it comes to the geography and unique needs of our community. He now lives in town with his wife and their child, making this opportunity even more special as he serves the community he calls home.

We are excited to have Joshua join the Hampton Fire family and look forward to watching him grow throughout his career with us.

Welcome aboard, Joshua!

With many newer smoke alarms featuring 10-year batteries, the messaging around smoke alarms and batteries has evolved.

As begins this Sunday, remember to adjust your clocks and check your smoke alarm batteries—only if needed.

Don't forget to test your alarms monthly.
