Welcome to our new Baseline Middle School Principal and Assistant Principal, Nick Dalton and Marcy Beyer! 💜💛
Mr. Dalton is a proud graduate of L.C. Mohr High School and has a career that's been focused on helping students and schools thrive through innovative, arts-integrated, and trauma-informed practices. His work has taken him from supporting immigrant and refugee students in New York City schools to leading educational initiatives in India, where he helped redesign a national literacy curriculum and collaborated with teachers to improve student achievement. Welcome home Mr. Dalton!
Mrs. Beyer is an experienced educator and instructional leader with a background spanning elementary, secondary, career and technical, higher, and adult education. She formerly served as a fifth-grade teacher and grade-level lead with Allegan Public Schools, where she was recognized as highly effective in reading and mathematics and nominated multiple times for the Outstanding People for Education award. She looks forward to supporting student achievement, positive school culture, and strong partnerships with staff, families, and the South Haven community. We are glad to have you here Mrs. Beyer!

Mr. Jennings has held titles and responsibilities from paraprofessional, teacher, and varsity coach, to Principal, Assistant Principal, Dean and Athletic Director. Serving comes natural and guiding the next generation drives his career. Connecting with young people is a passion and helping them discover themselves and reach their full potential brings Mr. Jennings the most joy. He looks forward to beginning this next chapter and giving the best of himself as he joins the Ram Family! Welcome, Mr. Jennings! 💜💛
