The animal shelter event is upon us! For those who have not signed up yet, please register by June 8th. Ages 14 - 18 ONLY.

Here are just a couple of expectations for the day of the event:

Remember to wear something comfortable. It also has to be something you aren’t afraid to get dirty in.

Bring sunscreen, water, and snacks if you can. While this is not mandatory, it is HIGHLY encouraged.

Teens will be able to choose the tasks they want to help with. No one will be forced to do something they are unwilling to do.

ALWAYS wait for instructions. We want everyone to be safe and have fun!

The date of the event is June 15th! Please be here by 3:30 PM, so we can be at the shelter by 4:00 PM.

Don't forget this Thursday at 3pm is LEGO Club! We will provide all the LEGOs, so you don't need to bring anything except your creativity. See you soon!

TOMORROW is the first session of our new Cookbook Cooking Club! Our first recipe is Air Fryer Wings with a homemade wing sauce or dry rub of your choice.

This hands-on program is a great way for teens to learn valuable kitchen skills, build confidence, get creative with flavors, and make new friends along the way.

We're excited to have our first plant swap! Please read below.

This is a free event. Selling of plants/cuttings/seedlings is prohibited.

Guidelines:
-Bring an indoor or outdoor plant in a pot you are willing to part with. Pots, seeds, and other plant care items are also great for swapping.
-Please make sure all of your plants are pest- and disease-free.
-Label your plants with their names.
-Do stay respectful and kind with your fellow swappers.
-Don't get pushy or offended when someone says no to a swap.
-Don't feel bad if someone you traded with re-swaps your plant with someone else.
