The South Houston Fire Department will be having a fish fry fundraiser on June 6. Tickets are $15 each it includes a plate and an entry into the raffle. Please come out and support your South Houston Fire Department.

SHFD units and Houston Fire Department is currently working an apartment fire in the 1400 blk of 12th street.

Please avoid the area.

Update #2: As of 7pm 04/30/26 all of SHFD and Pasadena arson units are back in service and the scene has been turned over to the plant.

Update: SHFD and Pasadena arson is still on scene. Please avoid the area around the asphalt plant while crews continue to work.
