South Pasadena, Calif. – On Friday, December 26, 2025, at about 1:30 p.m., a theft of two electric
bicycles was reported to the South Pasadena Police Department (SPPD) which occurred from an
apartment complex in the 200 block of Monterey Road. Security camera footage captured a lone
suspect committing the theft during the evening on December 25, 2025. After video of the suspect

a parked vehicle at the proposed meeting location. Suspect Estrada was arrested without incident,
and the bicycles were recovered and subsequently returned to the owner.
