Michelle Washington Wilson presents: Harriet Tubman: Tales From the Trails

Step into the world of courage, resistance, and unstoppable determination. Michelle Washington Wilson’s acclaimed performance invites audiences to travel alongside Harriet Tubman as she navigates the perilous landscapes of the Underground Railroad—moving under starlit skies, through marshes, riverbanks, bustling towns, and hidden safe houses.

In this vivid, adventure‑filled portrayal, audiences trace Tubman’s bold routes through New Jersey, The DelMarVa Peninsula; including Cape May County, the Passaic Region, and the Raritan River corridor. Along the way, Michelle illuminates Tubman’s powerful alliances with William Still, Stephen Smith, Jarena Lee, and the many unnamed heroes who shaped the fight for freedom.

In celebration of 250 years of American history, this program honors the spirit of a shared democracy—one shaped by ordinary people who dared to do extraordinary things. Michelle guides audiences from the Maryland Shore all the way to the thundering majesty of Niagara Falls, following the same freedom pathways Tubman once traveled.

The program begins tonight at 6:30pm
