YOU CAN HELP VOLUNTEER TO SET UP AS EARLY AS 6 30 AM BUT YOU LEAVE THE FIELD AND CHECK IN AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OFFICE BETWEEN 8:15am- 8:30am TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE AS A VOLUNTEER FOR THE REST OF THE DAY! WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE BUT THIS IS TO ASSURE KIDS SAFETY!

To commemorate our 5th Grade students, volunteer parents, with the assistance of the PTA, have organized a farewell dance for our exceptional kids.

This event is complimentary for all 5th graders, and exclusively for 5th graders only (no siblings, cousins, or students from other grades).
The evening's amenities will include food, beverages, snacks, music, and a photo booth.
This year, we have secured a distinct venue to make the occasion even more special.
We cordially invite all 5th graders to attend!
💥This is a drop-off event💥, with parent volunteers present at the party.
Please submit a waiver by June 8th. The waiver will be distributed tomorrow. Having the waivers will provide us with an estimate of the number of students attending the Moving Up Social.
If you decide to attend at the last minute, please print the attached waiver, complete it, and bring it with you to the door.

If youd like to reserve one of these copies,please make sure you zelle the SRES PTA $30.00, and then email us with your child's name,teacher and grade.

SRES Yearbook Sales

The SR Elementary School yearbooks are no longer on sale online in our Givebacks store. That online sale link closed last week.
If you would still like to purchase a yearbook, you can Zelle the South River Elementary School PTA $30.00 for the book,and then email us your child's name,teacher and grade so they can be added to our yearbook distribution list.

Extra yearbooks will also be on sale for $30.00 ,cash,exact change,in the main office once the books physically arrive

All emailed yearbook orders must be received NO LATER than Friday, June 5,2026 to ensure properly delivery.

After June 5,and once yearbooks arrive, all extras will be sold out of the main office.
