Spotlight Time – Meet Our New Executive Director, Rebecca Meats! ✨

We’re excited to welcome Rebecca Meats as the new Executive Director here at Rosewood Assisted Living!

Rebecca has over 15 years of healthcare experience and a heart for caring for others. Her passion started while helping care for her own aging parent, which gave her the perspective of wanting every resident to be treated with the same love, dignity, and respect she would want for her own family.

She truly loves working with seniors and believes they have so much to teach us when we take the time to listen and connect with them.

Rebecca started her journey in assisted living as a cook and worked her way up through the years. Having experience in many different roles helps her lead with understanding, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. She believes in leading by example and supporting her team every step of the way.

If you see Rebecca around the community, be sure to stop by and say hello! We’re so happy to have her leading the Rosewood family and excited for all that’s ahead. 💙
