Meet Heidi Rosewoods new Assistant Lead Med Tech! With 5 years of experience as a CNA, I’m passionate about providing compassionate care and making a positive difference in the lives of the residents I serve. I truly enjoy getting to know my residents, building meaningful relationships, and creating moments that make their days a little brighter.

One of my favorite things to do with my residents is crafts. I love getting creative with them, encouraging them to express themselves, and creating fun memories together.

I’m grateful to be a part of the Rosewood family and proud to work alongside a team that feels like family. My long-term goal is to continue growing in healthcare and eventually work at Primary Children’s Hospital, where I hope to continue making a difference through compassionate care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, creating memories, and finding little ways to bring joy to the people around me.

We had such a fun time bowling at Rosewood! Our residents cheered each other on, shared plenty of laughs, and showed us that you’re never too old to have a little competitive spirit. 😊🎳

It’s moments like these—being together, having fun, and making memories—that make Rosewood feel like home. 💚

🌿 Little worlds, big smiles! 🌱

Our Rosewood residents had so much fun creating their own miniature terrarium gardens. Each one turned out completely unique, filled with colorful plants, tiny decorations, and plenty of personality! 💚🍄🐞

Creativity was in full bloom at Rosewood today! Our residents turned simple glass vases into beautiful keepsakes using colorful buttons, imagination, and a little creativity. Every vase is one of a kind—just like the wonderful people who made them. ❤️🌼
