As our school year comes to a close, we are so thankful for all the kids that have come and used the South Windsor Teen Center! Whether it was for a safe space, a place to hang out with friends or even for the snacks, we appreciated every single one of you! Larry, our resident ghoul is ready for graduation! To all of the 5th graders advancing to the middle school, our 8th graders advancing to the high school and of course all our seniors who will be graduating high school, we are so proud of you and congratulate you and your families! See you soon!

The South Windsor Teen Center has it's last Game Night planned for May 30th from 6-8:30pm. The last Game night was an absolute blast!! The kids played all different games and ended the night with an epic game of hide and seek. If your child hasn't experienced the South Windsor Teen Center, have them join in for a fun time. Snacks included! Register now!

Larry, our Teen Center resident ghoul is ready for Memorial Day. Who will you be remembering? Did you know Memorial Day is a federal holiday dedicated to honoring and mourning the U.S. military personnel who died while serving in the Armed Forces. It is a day of remembrance for the ultimate sacrifices made for our country. Please remember to pause for the National Moment of Remembrance at 3:00 p.m. local time by pausing for a minute of silence and reflection!

Do you have a 5th grader going into 6th grade in the Fall of 2026? The South Windsor Teen Center is a great resource for your child to have a place to hang out, do homework, and make friends. Come to our Open House on April 28th to see everything that the Teen Center has to offer. Register now for the tour and to meet some of the current middle school kids!

Let's help our high school senior be safe on graduation night!! Support South Windsor Operation Graduation and get a head start on planting some beautiful flowers for your home!

Our spring flower bulb sale is still going on. If you already ordered, they are starting to ship out! Order soon and they will be delivered just in time to plant. There are also gardening supplies included in the sale. Support our Seniors and make your yard beautiful!

We only have 15 spots for this summer program. It is a chance for kids entering 6th grade to get to know each other before heading to the middle school. This program is about Community, Volunteering and having fun doing it. They will learn the important qualities of leadership, and team building. Your child must be a South Windsor Resident or attend a South Windsor School.

We recently held a successful Billiards Tournament for our middle school population. Now it's time for the high schoolers to play! If you are or have a high school student residing in or attending a South Windsor School and they play Billiards, sign them up for our 1st annual High School Billiards Tournament on May 2, 2026. Register with a 5.00 donation to the Teen Center. The high school players will play against members of our SWPD, SWFD and even their own teachers. Register now!
