Don't forget! The Friends of the SCOA are hosting their Annual Golf Outing on Friday, September 11. Registration is available online, www.friendsofscoa.org, and 25% of the proceeds will be donated to Southampton Police and Fire Departments in honor of the 25th anniversary of 9/11.

We are still collecting Back to School Supplies for Norris Elementary School - donated items can be dropped off at the Senior Center Monday - Thursday, 8:30 am - 4 pm.

Come and join our team! The Southampton COA is hiring additional van drivers for our Monday - Friday demand response and access route transportation. This is a part-time, non-benefited position with flexible hours. Please call 413-529-2105 for additional information.

The Southampton COA is seeking candidates for a part-time FRTA van driver and a back-up FRTA van driver for the Senior Center. Applications can be found on the Town of Southampton website, www.townofsouthampton.org.

Please note: The van driver positions are fully grant funded through a partnership with the Franklin Regional Transit Authority.

The Friends of the Southampton Council on Aging are hosting their 4th Annual Golf Fundraiser on Friday, September 11, 2026. This event will benefit the Southampton Senior Center and Southampton First Responders in Honor of the 25th Anniversary of 9/11.

The July 2026 Southampton Senior Scoop is here and we also have a few August events included so please save the date or come to/call the Senior Center and sign up early!

Please note that the Senior Center will be closed to the public and programming will not take place the week of July 6-10. COA staff will be on site limited hours for calls, transportation requests, and lunch orders during the week. If you get our voicemail, please leave a message as we will get back to you as soon as we can. Highland Valley Elder Services Wednesday grab-and-go lunch distribution will take place on July 8, so please call in (413-529-2105) your orders by noon on July 7th.
