Calling All Pinehurst Neighbors! 🏡🌳

We’re looking for volunteers to help with some much-needed maintenance around Meagan Dam and Lower Nicholas Dam. The inspector has noted a few areas that need attention, and instead of hiring out, we’d love to tackle this together as a community to save money for the H.O.A. and strengthen our neighborhood bonds.

💧Water will be provided to keep everyone hydrated while we work!

If you’re unable to volunteer but still want to help, donations for materials are very welcome. You can write a check to the H.O.A. or donate online. All contributions will be tracked, and receipts will be shared with the community so you can see exactly where the funds go.

My name is Brad Thomas, owner of No Frills Mowing, and I’m excited to announce that we are now the new lawn care service for the Pinehurst HOA!

Today, we completed all scheduled mowing and trimming throughout the neighborhood with the exception of the levy and Jessica Dam, which we’ll be tackling next. If I happened to miss anything else, please feel free to reach out and let me know!

The Pinehurst HOA is seeking quotes for our common grounds. The maintenance includes:

✅ Mowing
✅ Trimming
✅ Debris Cleanup

📍 A map of the common areas is attached on our website to assist with your quote preparation. It is under important documents.

🔒 Insurance & Quote Requirements

Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) with a minimum coverage of $1 million

A detailed quote outlining scope of work, materials, and any additional fees

📄 Contract Guidelines (We strongly recommend having a lawyer review the contract)

Clear Scope of Work

30-Day Term (preferred)

Monthly Compensation (preferred)

Insurance requirement maintained throughout contract

Indemnification Clause (protecting the HOA)

Termination Details

Governing Law (Mississippi)

Signed Agreement (both parties)
