One of the best ways to get involved and help your local library is to serve on the 6-member Southborough Library Board of Trustees. There is currently a vacancy on the Library Board of Trustees. Interested in volunteering? Potential candidates must be registered to vote in Southborough. Please fill out the Board and Committee Volunteer Application.
The Library Board of Trustees and the Select Board will soon hold a joint meeting to fill this vacancy. The selected candidate will serve until the 2027 Annual Town Election. That election will include a position to fill the remaining term of a one-year Trustee position. If you want more information about becoming a Library Trustee, feel free to reach out to Library Director Ryan Donovan at [email protected]. Ryan has documents and information at the library that he can provide. Prospective Library Trustees are invited to attend the next Library Board of Trustees meeting on Zoom on Monday, June 8th at 11:00 AM.
