The sole purpose is to provide reliable information to citizens about Department events, public service announcements, emergency-related items, and other public affairs activities which may promote the Southern Shores Police Department. Any citizen may submit comments, questions, and concerns direct

ly to the Police Department using the official email address maintained for comments and inquiries at [email protected] or by calling the Police Department at (252) 261-3331. The Town’s website, www.southernshores-nc.gov, is the official Town online communication tool. Citizens may also subscribe to the Town’s bi-monthly newsletter on the website.

BIKE SAFETY RODEO!!!! Today Officers of the Southern Shores Police Department put on a Bike Safety Rodeo for the kids! Teaching kids the importance of riding safely and knowing the rules of the road! What a wonderful time had by all!
