Help Tell Southlake’s Story

The City of Southlake is seeking volunteer community members to participate in an upcoming professional photography campaign for Visit Southlake and Select Southlake.

This project will capture authentic lifestyle and professional imagery representing the people, places, businesses, and experiences that make Southlake unique. Photos will be used across social media, websites, advertising, tourism initiatives, economic development campaigns, and other city promotional materials.

No professional modeling experience is required - we’re simply looking for friendly, confident individuals and families who naturally reflect the Southlake community.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Visit Southlake (Lifestyle & Community)
• Families with children (ages 6–10)
• Couples (40+)
• Female friend groups (late 20s–30s)

Select Southlake (Business & Professional)
• Established professionals/business professionals (45–60)
• Young professionals (late 20s–early 30s)

We are seeking a variety of participants that reflect the broader North Texas community.

SHOOT DETAILS
• Tentative shoot dates: June 15–17
• Participants may be scheduled for morning or evening sessions
• Availability of up to 6 hours may be requested
• All shoot locations will be within Southlake
• Participants should be comfortable traveling between locations if needed
• Meals and refreshments will be provided during sessions
• All selected participants will be required to sign a talent release
