Security Deposit: $150 (refundable)
4-Hour Booking: $125
6-Hour Booking: $200
Additional Hours: $50 per hour over your contracted
Note: Special Business/Commercial rates apply Monday–Friday. Holiday and weekend rates are also available.

Furniture: Tables and chairs are included in your rental price.
Full Kitchen: Access to a stove, refrigerator, sink, and an ice maker.
Audio: Brand new PA system for announcements, music, or presentations.
