Welcome Back, Explorers!

We hope you've had a wonderful summer! We are excited to welcome everyone back for another great year at Spanish Oaks.

Important Dates:

August 5 – Teacher assignments will be available in Infinite Campus. Please make sure your student is registered so you can view their teacher assignment.

August 17 | 1:00–3:00 PM – Back-to-School Open House
Come meet your teacher, visit your classroom, and get ready for a great school year! Ms. Anderson will give a welcome presentation in the gym at 2:00 PM.

August 18 – First Day of School

We look forward to seeing your family at Open House and can't wait to welcome our Explorers back!

Important Kindergarten Reminder!

Deadline: Monday, July 27 All requests for Full-Day or Half-Day Kindergarten submitted by July 27 will be honored. Requests received after July 27 will be accommodated based on availability and are not guaranteed

If Full-Day Kindergarten reaches capacity, students will be placed in a Half-Day Kindergarten class and may choose to be added to the Full-Day waitlist.

If your child is already registered and you would like to change your Full-Day or Half-Day selection, please contact the school office as soon as possible. Class schedules and staffing will be finalized after July 27 and placement changes cannot be accommodated after that time.

• PE Planning Time Technician
• Library Planning Time/Media Technician
• Art Planning Time Technician
• Music Planning Time Technician

Planning Time Technicians plan and teach lessons in their specialty area (PE, Art, Music, or Library) to all grade levels, providing classroom teachers with valuable planning time while creating fun and meaningful learning experiences for students.

• SPED Technician

SPED Technicians work alongside special education teachers to support students with diverse learning needs. They provide academic and behavioral support, assist with classroom activities, help implement student learning plans, and build positive relationships that help students succeed in school.
