update: The fire was mapped at 143 acres and is 78% contained. Crews continue to work interior areas of concern and conduct suppression repair. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time and is under investigation.

update: Forward progression of the fire was stopped overnight and crews are mopping up. Smoke will be visible within the fire area for most of the day. Aviation resources will be on the fire today to assist crews with interior hotspots and accurate mapping.

The new start in Utah Co. is called the and is now estimated to be 80 acres. The fire is located south of Saratoga Springs, below the communications towers. Nothing threatened at this time. Multiple ground resources are responding.
