At the next Tribal Council meeting on October 19, 2024, NRD will be discussing our proposed Nonpoint Source Assessment Report and Management plan. If you would like to review the documents, email
[email protected]. We look forward to your input on our monitoring and management of the Summit Lake Watershed. Those interested may join the council meeting at the NRD facilities at Summit Lake, or over zoom (zoom link will be provided).

Nonpoint Source pollutants come from many different sources, both natural and human-made and are carried by rainfall or snowmelt into bodies of water. We are monitoring levels of pollutants in the creeks, springs, and lake in the Summit Lake Watershed.
