Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada WIC ITCN WIC is a special supplemental nutritional program for Women, Infants and Children.

ITCN WIC provides supplemental foods, health care referrals, and nutrition education for qualified pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women and to infants and children up to age five. As temperatures rise, staying hydrated becomes even more important for both children and adults.

Did you know that fruits and vegetables can help keep you hydrated too?

Try adding:

πŸ’§ General hydration tips:
β€’ Children (ages 4–8): about 5 cups of water per day
