We have spent a week expressing our gratitude for our teachers and staff!

In Hawaii the term is MAHALO!

Our staff members demonstrate:

and we are so grateful for them!

This week was packed with fun -
* lunch sponsored by Central Office
* pink flamingos, and drinks from our mobile tikki cart
* leis and a breakfast quiche and biscuits
* breakfast bar from the Hein Family
* lunch sponsored by Legacy Bank
* flowers bouquets for teachers delivered and pieced by their students

We appreciate each and everyone of our staff family and invite you to express gratitude for them here as well!

What a fun event to showcase our artist. 2026 Art Show was a success!

Thank you to our teacher, Debbie Akers for getting the event planned and the team we have for helping put the finishing touches on this afternoon!

So proud of our kids and thankful for our families showing up to celebrate success in the art room!

Thank you to Hart of the Ozarks Ice Cream Delights for being the sweet ending to a fabulous show!

We have a great family here at Sparta Elementary School!

We are excited to watch the journey to this same goal for the class of 2037!

From the youngest to the oldest our Sparta Trojans are special kids to us!

APRIL 28TH - PETTING ZOO FOR OUR PAT AND PRESCHOOL FAMILIES IS CANCELED.

Unfortunately the weather doesn't look like it will cooperate and to be respectful of those with the animals we are going to go ahead and cancel the event for tonight. Although, we are looking into finding an alternate day later in May. We will communicate that as soon as we have it.

The kids are really excited about this event, so we want to try and make it happen!

This morning we are grateful for the use of technology! Our first graders were able to visit with students who are approximately 4,200 miles away!

We were able to share some things about our school and they shared some things with us! We told them our Sparta Pledge we do every morning and the video is their pledge that they do every morning. What a fun way to learn about a different culture! The kiddos had so much fun and thought their accents were pretty cool!

Thankful for Ms. Waggoner making this connection with a friend and for our technology department for making this happen!

Way to go TEAM!

Kindergarten Screenings are coming in just a few days. Get your kiddo signed up for their screening for the 2026-27 school year. If you missed Preschool screenings you can get your kiddo on these days as well.
