Wednesday, June 3rd, 32 summer readers were present for our first program of summer. Wild exotic animals were introduced. The kids along with the adults were allowed to pet or touch each animal.
Top row is the Ball Python, and Red Ackie Monitor Lizard, next row is the African Dice Spur Tortoise, the Kinkajou honey bear, and the skinny pig. Then the skinny pig kissing, the striped skunk and finally the Feret. Kids and adults had a great time.

Here is a sampling of the dioramas made at today's workshop. We have shoe boxes and supplies to make your own diorama if needed. We are accepting the decorated dioramas until June 2, to go along with the city's celebration of America's 250th birthday.
