Did your septic inspection report call for distribution box repair or replacement? Take a breath, it's usually not as bad as it sounds. 🏡

A damaged "D-box" often doesn't mean your entire septic system needs to be replaced. This one component divides wastewater between your drain field lines, and when it cracks or shifts out of level, it can often be repaired, releveled, or swapped out on its own.

Many straightforward D-box jobs wrap up in one to two working days. If it's tied to a home sale, just tell us your inspection response and closing dates and we'll let you know what we can get done in time.

We ran a PWTA test on this home's private well, and the first sample came back with a failing pH. In plain terms, the water was a little too acidic. It's one of the most common things we find here in Sussex County, and it's usually nothing to panic about. Acidic water just comes with NJ geology.

We got the right treatment installed, retested, and the pH is now passing. ✅

This might look like an ordinary parking lot to you. To an environmental company, it's a tank sweep completed on five properties in Newark.

And yes, we scanned all five lots in one appointment, back to back.

Five stars and a clean bill of health for this Perth Amboy property!

We headed out for a soil boring and tank sweep and found a decommissioned underground tank tucked in the front yard. After flagging it, we pulled four soil samples from around the tank to check for contamination.

The results? Non-detect. That means no contamination was found in the soil, which is great news for the homeowner.
