Spartek’s vacuum metallizing process combines a carefully applied base coat, a thin metallic layer and a protective top coat. Each layer plays an important role in achieving the desired appearance, adhesion and durability.

When ABL – Vignal needed support for a complex automotive reflector project, Spartek delivered.

The project required intricate injection molding geometries, precise vacuum metallizing and challenging masking solutions, all while meeting strict quality standards. Spartek’s team brought the right mix of equipment, experience and problem-solving to help bring the project across the finish line.

The success of this project led to three additional reflector projects and strengthened a long-standing customer partnership.
