National Wellness Month is observed every August, encouraging people to prioritize self-care, build healthy habits, and support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s about finding what works for you and building habits that help you feel balanced, supported, and strong. Use this month as a starting point to turn wellness into a year-round habit, not just a monthly event.
