POV: You’re an intern and you convince your supervisor that standing next to a freshly paved road and taking selfies will “perform really well on social.” 📸

Did it work? TBD.
Did we make her question our creative process? Absolutely.

But honestly… they weren’t wrong. 👀

Because behind the questionable poses is a pretty exciting milestone: Reidville Road has officially been repaved! 🙌🏼

Fresh pavement? Smoother rides? A safer roadway?
Awe… so cute. 🥹✨

Thanks to the voter-approved Penny, this busy corridor is now smoother, safer, and better prepared for the thousands of drivers who travel it every day. 🛣️

So yes, we made our boss take awkward road selfies.
Yes, there was a strategy. (Probably.)
And yes, we think the pavement deserves the spotlight.

Don’t worry, she has forgiven us. We think.

- Signed, the interns

When the interns are ready to test out the new (and safer 👀) roundabout they’ve been hearing about 🙏🏼🚗

Say that five times fast. But don’t drive five times fast. Please and thank you.
