My last Visit with him which won’t be the final Visit. He has ordered a physical therapy. But I did physical therapy AT ATI STEADMAN & HAWKINS on United healthcare MEDICARE AARP at the time of Injury in 2022 with a police report with SPARTANBURG County Sheriff, June second 2022 report 22060094 with an additional investigator GUEST with people shooting at me on the road. PHYSICAL THERAPY WAS NONPRODUCTIVE AND CAUSED ADDITIONAL INJURIES.

I only know of a couple people that would have motive to do that. The asked for the rest of them I don’t know. I don’t hurt people. I don’t screw people over, so I don’t understand. Honestly, what any of that is all about other than my husband and his Attorney committed court fraud, repeatedly my mother and her Attorney committed court fraud repeatedly. I have EVERYTHING in phone recording and what started this mess between me and Oak Street Health as I was giving them an opportunity to address why they sent SPARTANBURG regional colonoscopy order instead of imaging on my foot ankle from April May 2024, lo and behold that find in my quarterly evaluation of Medicare billing nine different billing dates by Oakstreet health, but I only seen them one time so I started tracking it and I wanna try to jump outside of them. People would attempt to do their job to profile me to then sit there and act like an idiot in front of me, it’s something else. I don’t know. Other than everyone lost their mind out there. I would adventure to say you would say the same thing. Also, they tried to turn me into a cancer patient because it’s a bigger paycheck for them and more suffering for me. How about this? I’m gonna do what Johns Hopkins said address orthopedics first so that’s what I’m doing.

My entire Medical file at Oak Street. Health is nonsense. I don’t know what’s in it completely because they’re holding it hostage. If that’s not a clear indication of guilt. I don’t know anything else that it would be Cox Medical of Missouri did the same thing to me. It took me 4 1/2 years to get my Medical file over what they did in Missouri. Trying to cover up something for Medtronic. That’s whatever. So this second trip to Texas. I had to travel another thousand miles for antibiotics. Why couldn’t they have dealt with this in SPARTANBURG every Medical anything out? There should have to answer for that LIFE SAVING antibiotics and my blood thinners. That’s all I needed but being this is the second time that I’ve had to operate my life to get antibiotics. As a very reason why nobody in medicine behind. Anything that has to do with Texas has any say in this matter at all

Also, some my childhood dentist DR MOYE from age 12, and he confirmed MARCH 2026 all of the damages against every single person that I have alleged as being a problem, including the state of Hawaii and the police brutality incident. He can tell by looking at my teeth and the damage patterns that my head was slammed into the pavement, plus the facial trauma plus The damages to my jaw, and how my jaw moves. Now he's the only person that would know. Definitively know he's been looking at my mouth since I was 12 years old, and he evaluated everything at the age of 47! Everybody wanted to keep me from my dentist of all people. That's why this whole fiasco happened. They wanted to keep me from that dentist specifically and that DENTIST and his whole office knows that just like I do.
