Neighborhood Watch of Spokane County Neighborhood Watch/Block Watch unites neighborhoods and communities in an effort to reduce crime.

Neighborhood Watch initially started as "Block Watch" in Spokane County, but officially became Neighborhood Watch in 1979 in support of the USA On Watch/Neighborhood Watch Program of the National Sheriff's Association which was initiated in 1972.

Neighborhood Watch initially started as "Block Watch" in Spokane County, but officially became Neighborhood Watch in 1979 in support of the USA On Watch/Neighborhood Watch Program of the National Sheriff's Association which was initiated in 1972.

Though there are many watch groups, Neighborhood Watch of Spokane County is specifically pertaining to Spokane County and the City of Spokane Valley.
