Hey East Valley,our School District is once again entered into T-Mobile’s Friday Night Lights competition. Last time we won $5000 for our school and this year we are coming back for more! The ultimate winner can receive a full, $1m football field makeover!

This is a tagging and School Spirit social media competition so we need everyone’s help!!

During or after each football game this year, we need EVERYONE (kids, parents, students, community) to submit an entry. The more entries we have, the more chances we have to win!!

Here are the rules:
1. Post a picture of you and your friends at the football game on Instagram and/or X. Didn’t take a picture? Go back amd screenshot your BeReal and use that!

2. Once you post your picture, tag East Valley High School with the school’s official handle
IG: evhs.knights

3. Then tag T-Mobile

4. Then add hashtags , , and

ALL of these things need to be added to count as a valid entry!!

The East Valley Wrestling Club-Vipers is a wrestling club that directly supports East Valley High School and East Valley Middle School wrestling. Through their partnership, coaches and wrestling staff from EVHS and EVMS volunteer time to support the Vipers Staff and student-athletes mentor these younger wrestlers. Many of our current Knight Wrestlers are a direct product of the EV Vipers.

Registration is now open for all interested wrestlers, boys and girls, ages 5 and up. Practices are held in the East Valley high school wrestling room. Registration started September 1 and the first practice of the fall season begins September 22. There is also a winter season that starts at the end of January.

🎓 CLASS OF 2027 PARENTS & GUARDIANS — THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! 🎓

How is it possible that the little kid who just started kindergarten is now a Senior?! Senior year truly flies by, and there is SO much to look forward to — the last first day, Homecoming, senior season, pictures, Golden Plunger/Throne, graduation… and, of course, the Senior All-Knighter! 🖤💚

The Senior All-Knighter (SAK) is a sober, chaperoned graduation-night celebration hosted by parent volunteers. It’s a BIG event for our graduating seniors, and it takes a BIG team of parents to make it happen.

🚨 This is our call to ALL Class of 2027 parents and guardians:

Please plan to stay after the General Booster Meeting on September 14th, around 6:45–7:00 PM, so we can get everyone together and start organizing for SAK. Luckily, the Class of 2026 has left behind a binder full of ideas, suggestions and helpful information, along with a storage unit full of supplies and some seed money to start making those first deposits.

This is truly an ALL-HANDS-ON-DECK and the more parents who jump in, the easier it is for everyone. You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You don’t have to take on a huge job. You just have to be willing to help!

The first SAK meeting will happen after the General Booster Meeting on September 14th, around 6:45–7:00 PM. Come meet other Senior parents, see what needs to be done, and help us get organized.

Let’s give the Class of 2027 an amazing graduation night to remember!
