Darrin Francois a distinguished graduate of the International High School of New Orleans with an impressive 4.42 GPA, made wave after he garnered over $3.4 million in scholarships from over 80 Universities across the United States at age 17.
His remarkable achievement stemmed from applying to nearly 100 institutions, showcasing his determination and resilience.
As the president of the National Honor Society and a dedicated student, Darrin credits his success to perseverance and self-belief, while dedicating his accolades to his mother, Bridget, who could not pursue higher education herself.
With aspirations of becoming a judge, Darrin chose to attend Tuskegee University, an HBCU, where he is aiming to foster greater representation of Black leaders in both media and government.
